Expect an accessible practice with static postures, mindful breathwork and a slower pace. This dynamic allows for a greater focus on alignment and breathing, making the practice accessible to yogis of all levels. Challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

Areas we will focus on -

Monday 8th - Shoulder Reset - Unwind the tension that builds from desks, devices, and daily life. This focused session releases tightness, restores mobility, and leaves your shoulders (and you) feeling lighter, looser, and more at ease.

Monday 15th - Hips & Hamstrings - Free up your lower body with stretches and flows that open tight hips and lengthen hamstrings, perfect for moving with more ease and comfort.

Monday 22nd - Twist & Flow - Detox your body and refresh your mind with a sequence of gentle twists and flowing movement to release tension and improve mobility.

Monday 29th - Happy Heart: Lift your mood and open your chest with heart-opening poses that leave you feeling expansive, light, and joy-filled.

Monday 6th - Control & Balance: Strengthen your focus, stability, and body awareness with a mindful mix of balance poses and controlled movement.

Monday 13th - Float a Little: Find that sweet spot between effort and ease, a flowing practice exploring arm balances that helps you move smoothly, breathe deeply, and feel weightless.
